The grapes are destemmed, pressed immediately and see no maceration. Fermentation is spontaneous with natural yeasts and no sulfur; the wine goes through malolactic fermentation and is aged for 3 months in stainless steel tank. It is bottled without fining, filtration or sulfur and with a crown cap in a liter bottle.
